Custom Orders:
Custom branded safety whistles with your full-color logo require a 250 unit minimum order. There are no setup fees!. We carry a variety of colors to match most needs. Safety Orange, our original color is always in stock. In some rare occasions on large volume orders a specific color might not be in stock, please email or call to check on availability. Colors available are Safety Orange, Neon Green, Yellow, Pink, White, Fire Engine Red, Forest Green, Blue, Plum, Purple and Black.
Because custom whistles cannot be resold, a 50% deposit is typically required to begin manufacturing with the balance due at ship time. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing starts.
Individual Orders:
We are a wholesale manufacturer and deal only in volume orders. If you would like to purchase small quantities of our whistle, it is available in REI retail stores, or on-line as the

If ANY whistle fails to perform due to faulty materials or manufacturing defect, simply return the whistle and we will send a new one to you. Custom whistles that are returned will be replaced with a stock whistle.
Returns & Refunds:
We cannot resell custom whistles or used stock whistles and do not allow returns for whistles without defect in materials or manufacturing. Stock whistles without defects in unopened and undamaged packaging can be returned for a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping:
Shipping is made via UPS or USPS Flat Rate Boxes unless specified in your order. International orders have additional brokerage and insurance fees where required.
Volume Discounts:
Volume discounts are available for large orders. Please contact our sales staff for breakdowns on pricing.
