Constructed of the highest quality ABS and able to withstand temperatures to 65 degrees below zero, this shatterproof whistle is designed as a safety signalling whistle with three internal chambers . Two, which create a pea-less 120 Decibel omnidirectional high shrill of different frequencies. The single center chamber has a water-proof synthetic pea that makes a loud staccato sound with a full spectrum of pitches from low to high, breaking the howl of the wind and alerting people that help is needed. It can be heard over larger crowds, water and other natural noises and is an essential safety tool for any situation.
